Both swimming pools have new interiors and decking and the main pool is behind the clubhouse and office, while the second pool overlooks the waterway. There is common laundry by the pool. There are common natural gas barbecues by the pool and also walking distance by this unit. There is a gazebo and a fishing pier. There are a combination tennis/pickle ball court and shuffle board. There is exterior bike and kayak storage available on a first come basis at no additional cost. All of this for only $557 a month, which includes Frontier basic cable, (NOT Internet, but that may change soon), water, sewer, trash and recycling. Pest Control inside and outside weekly by Magnum. All recreational facilities (no fitness, sorry), building exterior maintenance and the roofs, and all lawn, landscaping and vegetation maintenance. The onsite manager the a hefty reserve fund. The interior insurance is only $1,836 a year and the complex has the exterior and all common areas insured in your maintenance fees. This complex and this unit have all you could want in a home, vacation home or rental investment. NO pets are allowed and the rental restrictions are a 30-day minimum nor more than three times a year.
